- Free Shipping: All orders over $99.00 qualify for free shipping.
- For orders under $99.00, a flat shipping fee of $8.00 will be applied at checkout.
- Remote Areas: For deliveries to very remote areas, where shipping costs may exceed the profit margin of the order, we will contact you to discuss shipping options. You will have the choice to either cover the additional shipping costs or receive a full refund. This ensures we maintain the integrity of our pricing while providing you with flexible options.
Dispatch and Delivery Times:
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST (excluding weekends and public holidays) will be dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM AEST will be dispatched the next business day.
- Delivery Times:
- Major cities: 1-2 business days
- Regional and remote areas: Up to 5 business days
For urgent orders, please contact us directly to arrange express delivery via courier or air freight. In such cases, shipping fees will apply, but we will work to secure the most cost-effective option for you.
Backorders:
We strive to keep all products in stock. However, if an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you within 2 business days of your order. In rare cases where a product is obsolete, we will contact you to offer an upgraded version or provide a full refund.

- Incorrect Address Details: If incorrect or insufficient address details are provided, a re-delivery fee of $8.00 will apply.
- Authority to Leave: If you have authorized delivery without a signature, you accept full responsibility in the event that your parcel is lost or stolen after delivery.
Warranty
The Epson WF-2950 comes standard with a one year Return to Base (Return to Base means closest epson service centre, you don't have to return to Melbourne)
You have the option to extend the warranty with Epson's CoverPlus 2 year warranty.

- Once orders are received and processed, we may not be able to cancel it.

RETURN POLICY
To return a product, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation number to be clearly displayed on the outside of the box.
Incorrect goods
- There are so many different types of cartridges and printer models. If you are unsure if you have the correct cartridge please contact us on 03 9796 4009 to verify before organizing a Return Authorisation number.
- Returned goods must be in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and free of any shipping labels or marks, otherwise a credit may be rejected.
- Where incorrect goods were ordered, all credits incur a 20% restocking fee.
Faulty goods
- Please call Ecotech to organise a Return Authorisation number, and return faulty goods, clearly labeled, with return authority on the outside of the box, and a print page inside.
- There are many occasions where toner and ink cartridges, both Envirotech and OEM, are found non-faulty please ensure you have performed your printer’s recommended cleaning procedures beforehand or call us on 03 9796 4009 to verify whether it is a cartridge or printer problem.
- The warranty is limited to the cost of the goods as per your invoice and is the actual amount you paid for the goods.
- Once cartridges are received and evaluated, the credit could take upto 30 days for OEM cartridges and 7 for Envirotech.
